The 12 Days of Christmas: Part II

Last week we were talking about a few of our favorite holiday gift items. The list was so long, I wanted to share a few more with you today.

We’ve already seen some great gifts for dads, brother and grandfathers, but there are so many more you could opt for! How about a pair of these decorative antlers? They might seem like a strange gift to unwrap, but just get them up on the wall and see what a perfect touch they add to the study. Any man would love them!

My brother is a real fan of these architectural-inspired pieces. What do you think?

Another great gift for a brother or older cousin would be this fun bartending kit. How clever is this neat set?

But what about a younger male, like your own son, or a nephew? Here are a few great pieces: Bug Art! Need I say more?

Or how about these vintage charts – so inspiring!

I love these vintage dominoes – really fun.

And check out these great bookends!

And for small babies, this is truly one of my favorite items: a vintage set of Beatrix Potter books, including the Tale of Peter Rabbit!

Okay, drum roll please, our next category is… the DOG LOVER! Yes, we’ve all got one of those in our family. And I know just what I would buy for them. Look at this cute, cute stool with all these dog portraits – yum! See the pug in the middle, this has John’s name all over it (John works at the shop in case you haven’t met him yet).

Or how about this fancy portrait?

This is a neat letter holder!

And last but not least, let’s take a look at some gift ideas for the special ladies in our lives: grandmoms, moms and beloved wives.

My grandma appreciates fine workmanship, and so when I think of Grandma I think of a beautiful box, like this one with the lovely mother-of-pearl inlay. Look at this gorgeous detail.

Speaking of workmanship, how about one of these beautiful antique handmade rugs? These are specially made by rug weavers to express their own personal colors and patterns. This would be a great little piece underfoot in a library, or next to a bed.

For mom, I think of a piece to covet and treasure, something that would inspire her everyday.

Something like this lovely ottoman! I love the gorgeous tufted top and the carved ribbon detail! And last but certainly not least on our great selection of gift items, how about a beautiful painting? I’m sure many of you know that all of the artwork in our shop is original, and I love pieces like this that just take you away to a different place for just a moment.

I hope you have fun this holiday season shopping for your loved ones! If you need inspiration, be sure to stop by and we’ll help brainstorm on a few creative gift ideas.

And don’t forget, if you bring in a new toy to donate towards Toys for Tots, you can receive 20% off your entire purchase! Happy shopping!
